The item I received is not the item I ordered
Mis-shipped items may be returned at no cost to you provided the item has not been opened (i.e., the item must be in mint condition). In the case that you have received a different item than the one you ordered, contact Prestige Electrolysis Supply within 5 business days. You will be provided with a prepaid return label and will be issued a replacement or a refund within 5 business days of receiving the item.
The item I ordered was damaged in transit
If you receive an item damaged by the courier (USPS or UPS), you are eligible for a refund or a replacement. In the event you have received a damaged shipment, please contact Prestige Electrolysis Supply and retain all packaging materials and damaged items (as a courier inspection of the shipment may occur). A prepaid return label may be issued depending on the damaged contents.
I received a defective item
Contact Prestige Electrolysis Supply to arrange the return of the item so that it may be tested. Prestige Electrolysis Supply will determine whether or not the item was damaged within the warehouse or if the item is defective. If the item is found defective, a replacement product will be issued to you free of charge.
The item I ordered never arrived
Prestige Electrolysis Supply provides a tracking number with every shipment. If you have not yet received your order, please use the provided tracking information to determine whether or not your order is still in transit. If the tracking information states that your item has been delivered, contact Prestige Electrolysis Supply so that we may look further into the situation. Prestige Electrolysis Supply nor our couriers can be held accountable for lost or stolen items after they have been delivered. Upon request, you may require a signature for your order to ensure direct delivery.
I changed my mind about my order
Provided the item is in mint condition and has not been opened, it can be returned at the cost of the buyer. If you decide to return your unwanted item, please contact Prestige Electrolysis Supply for further information. Once the item has been received and inspected, you will receive a credit toward your next order with Prestige Electrolysis Supply. Certain items may incur a restocking fee; other items must be returned to the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy.
My item is presenting problems with functionality
Depending on the item, we will aid when possible to repair or replace the faulty item. If the issue is out of Prestige Electrolysis Supply’s hands, we can connect you with the appropriate manufacturer or provide contact information so that you may attempt to resolve the matter.
